Rainer
Director of Customer ServiceLinda has been with Paramount since 2002,
overseeing Paramount’s entire Customer Service department. Prior to
joining Paramount, Linda skated competitively for 8 years and taught
professionally for 15 years. She also owned several businesses with her
husband and has one son. Linda worked for Buzz at Paddock Pools in
Scottsdale, Arizona as his Executive Assistant for 3 years prior to
coming to Paramount. “I love Arizona and love working at Paramount in
the Customer Service Department.”

Wendy
Watson
Lead Customer Service RepresentativeWendy has been with Paramount November of 2002. She has
worked in several positions at Paramount including overseeing the
Quality Assurance Program, and her skills have helped her obtain the
Lead Customer Service Representative position. In addition to assisting
dealers and customers with orders, she also specializes in warranty and
handles all returns. She has been in the customer service field of work
for more than 15 years. “I love my job and I love helping customers. Everyday
brings something new and different. My main goal is to take care of the
customer right the first time. ‘One and Done’ that’s my motto.”
